Bill developed his passion for culinary by working in Philadelphia and New York in the kitchens of Daniel Stern, Jonathan Benno and Andrew Carmellini. Prior to NEXUS, Bill spent three years in Paris serving as the Executive Sous Chef of Frenchie Hospitality’s three restaurants. There, he grew to understand that the best meals are ones made with exceptional products, prepared simply and delivered with care and hospitality.
