State-of-the-art cardio, weight and fitness equipment line the Club’s Fitness Center, including Peloton bicycles for on-demand spinning. Top personal trainers and instructors are on staff for one-on-one training and conditioning sessions. Members can also take a variety of group fitness classes including boxing, strength, Pilates and yoga.

Lindy Barber

FITNESS MANAGER

Lindy has a Bachelors in Exercise Science and was a collegiate Division 1 soccer player. She competed in CrossFit at the highest level for seven years, twice as an individual (2013, 2015) and three times on a team with CrossFit Mayhem Freedom, winning the games in 2016 and 2018. Lindy is the Fitness Manager of NEXUS Club New York, where she is responsible for all fitness offerings and staff.
